I am putting on the webcast for one of our units here in Green Country. I watched the 4:30 webcast to see if I had everything ready to go...the only problem I've come about is not being able to participate in the polls. A message pops up and tells me that access is denied. What can I do for our members to be able to participate in the polls at 5:30 when they watch the webcast?

We have not seen this error before.

Have you tried a different web browser?

I just did a quick search on the Cover It Live website (this is the service we are using to run the polls) but I did not find this error.

Sorry I am not able to be more help.
